Project Description
Port Rhombus rebranded an upcoming indie film Yesterday Today Forever (YTF) – Our goal was to transform the film’s visual identity into something powerful, rooted in faith but bold enough for today’s cultural landscape.
We began with deep narrative immersion, studying the script and its layered symbolism. From there, we developed a series of logo studies representing the film’s central themes: crucifixion, resurrection, and timeless redemption.
The final logo was crafted using a hybrid process: custom AI seeding combined with hand-drawn feedback iterations. The letters Y, T, and F were designed to resemble hand-hewn wooden crosses—each raw, worn, and stained with history. Their structure, lighting, and texture were refined to mirror both suffering and glory.
It was theological storytelling through image. In addition to logo creation, Port Rhombus created a visual style guide, mockups for future marketing assets, and assisted in building a foundation for the film’s brand strategy as it enters post-production and prepares for distribution. We are also in the works of building the film website.
